Richard’s extensive experience as a lawyer, merchant banker and business executive will serve HousAll well in his position of President and CEO, as will his extensive political experience.

As a partner in one of Canada’s leading law firms, Richard has represented clients from sectors such as telecommunications, aviation, energy, housing, broadcasting, transportation, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, high technology and financial services.

His experience in these sectors as well as that gained while Senior Vice President of Borealis Capital Corporation, helping to identify, invest in, and manage infrastructure assets for institutional assets and large corporate investors will help to open doors and develop importaqnt new relationships for the Company.

He has also served as Executive Assistant to the Rt. Honourable Paul Martin, a former Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of Canada. Richard has exceptional experience in Canada’s governing process, including service as a special assistant to the Rt. Hon. John Turner, as well as to then Finance Minister Hon. Marc Lalonde, and as an advisor to various other politicians.

Miles Kennedy developed his skills in the rapidly changing high technology industry, in senior executive positions with companies like Wang Laboratories and Delrina Corporation.

Throughout his career Miles has been responsibile for corporate growth and new business development. In 2003 Miles and a group of investors started Ultralight Floating Objects Inc., to develop and market his idea for a new type of light designed to illuminate large bodies of water.

Miles' products, the GlowBuoy and BeaconBuoy, won the National Post Design Exchange Award in 2004 and in 2005, the Business Week Magazine, Industrial Design Excellence Award. UFO’s products enjoy a world market.

With extensive experiences as a successful Canadian entrepreneur in the visual communication and marketing industry, spanning the last 2 decades; Angelo joined HousAll Systems Corporation with the eagerness to lead our team in marketing and selling our valuable HousAll solutions into its vast and well deserving markets and applications.

Having played a key leading role in numerous public and private sector successes across many industries with national and international scopes, Angelo is focused on educating, reaching and realizing the best benefactors of our HousAll products, services and expertise.

A co-founder, Ron Metcalfe’s early experience in business administration began as manager of eastern Ontario’s largest Grain Elevator facility.

Ron soon shifted to High Technology where, over a 27 year career, he honed his administrative skills with rapidly growing companies like Mitel, Veritas and finally, Symantec.

Ron is actively involved in the local community where he lends his administrative skills to almost every aspect of the minor hockey program.

Molly O’Connor gained valuable experience in International Event Management and in Public Relations for companies like Canada Post where she raised funds and implemented a variety of programs including the Canada Post National Literacy Awards.

Prior to becoming involved in Public Relations, Molly worked in education as a Teacher and served the community as a School Board Trustee. Molly has owned and operated two successful businesses and is a published author
