Optional Accessories
Solar Kit
The HousAll Solar Power Kit consists of a 600 watt thin film amorphous, flexible solar collector panel custom fit to securely mount on top of a standard HousAll roof panel, a power conduit/delivery systems, a Nickel Metal Hydride storage system and a power management system capable of supplying either AC or DC power. The HousAll Solar Kit is completely scalable and may be added to at any time enabling it can grow as demand increases.
Air Conditioning Rack
The HousAll Air Conditioning Rack allows a standard window mounted Air Conditioning Unit to be installed in an end wall. The Rack is made from sixteen (16) gauge, bright zinc coated steel.
Interior Shade Fly
The HousAll Shade Fly is designed to install on the inside of the unit such that it traps ‘sun heated’ air in the top of the unit and then exhausted out of the HousAll Vents located at the top end of each unit. Interior installation means that the Fly will not wear out due to sun, rot, rain or wind damage.
Winter Kit
The HousAll Winter Kit consists of a series of insulated panels that fit into place on the interior surfaces of the HousAll Panels and boosts the insulation value of the HousAll from R4 to R10. Each panel is held in place with supplied brackets that snap fit anywhere to the HousAll Frame. It takes two people approximately thirty (30) minutes to install in a family sized unit.
Room Divider
The HousAll Room Divider is made of Fire Resistant, rip-stop fabric that is screened top and bottom for air flow with a privacy screen in the middle. The Divider may be split like a curtain and secured at the sides when not in use. It has ties in the middle to allow the user to secure it in a closed position.
Stove Pipe Fitting
The HousAll Stove Pipe Fitting allows the user to install a standard six (6) inch, or, fifteen (15) centimetre chimney pipe safely through the end wall with no risk of fire due to chimney heat. The Stove Pipe Fitting is made of sixteen (16) gauge, fire painted, galvanized steel and properly installed is water and weather proof.
Overhead Storage System
The HousAll Overhead Storage System consists of light weight, heavy duty webbed netting that may be secured between the HousAll roof arches.
Anchoring System
The HousAll Anchoring System consists of a set of two, sixteen (16) gauge, galvanized steel, ‘u’ shaped brackets per section and four heavy duty, fourteen (14) inch, or, thirty five (35) centimetre, galvanized steel spikes that are intended to be staked into the ground at cross angles. Alternatively, the brackets may be screwed to a wooden floor or lag bolted into a concrete base.
Floor Kit
The HousAll Floor Kit is designed to keep roughly three (3) inches, or, eight (8) centimetres of water out of the HousAll during torrential downfalls of rain. The Floor Kit consists of a heavy gauge, woven poly tarp, cut to fit and metal strapping for each section side. The strapping allows the poly tarp to be stretch fit and held securely in place in order to stop wandering and resulting wear and tear.
Double Bunk/Work System
The HousAll Double Bunk/Work System is modular and designed to serve multiple applications. Legs: The legs are attached to the frame, one set of four (4) legs per eight (8) foot section, and are designed to accept/support various devices in multiple locations up and down each leg.
